I have played an integral part of not only The Rocksalt Group, but many other organisations that Josh De Haan is either a Director or board member of and my role is a really varied one that involves all aspects of PA and HR. From organising personal events to assisting with the daily operations of the business. As well as my PA duties I am also HR Manager for almost 200 staff members across 7 sites. From leading recruitment campaigns to ensuring the health and safety of our staff, I am always on hand to help our staff and I am eager to promote the benefits of working for the group with added staff incentives and discounts to our staff.

I love the fact that no two days are the same, with a varied role of combined PA and HR responsibilities, I love the diversity and variety that my job role offers.

The fact that each site is totally unique, it’s impossible for me to choose. Being involved from the very first conversations about Rocksalt to the growth of the whole business over the years, I still love every site and enjoy dining across the group on a regular basis.

I do love a traditional Sunday roast, especially at our pubs in the countryside but I couldn’t possibly choose between them as I love visiting them all. My idea of the perfect Sunday afternoon involves a walk in the stunning Kent countryside followed by a traditional roast, with the added bonus of no washing up after a busy week in the office.

I have a real passion for travel, baking, movies, theatre and country music. I have made wedding cakes and enjoy attending sugarcraft courses.
