It’s been so lovely to finally enjoy a little sunshine this week – longer days, lighter evenings and that first real feeling that spring is on its way. The new season brings plenty to look forward to across The Rocksalt Group.

From 18th March, we’ll be launching our new seasonal menus across the group. Expect fresh, vibrant dishes that celebrate the very best local produce, perfectly suited to brighter days, relaxed lunches and brighter evening occasions.

March is always a big month in our calendar. Mother’s Day takes centre stage, and we’ll be making it extra special across all our venues, with a surprise in store for every mum joining us for lunch on Sunday 15th March.

We’re also delighted to welcome back our much-loved Mother’s Day Makers Markets at The Five Bells Inn, celebrating fantastic local independent traders, alongside beautiful family dining experiences to mark the occasion in style.

Looking ahead, we’re also excited to share details of our next Sporting Lunch at Rocksalt on 17th April, where we’ll be joined by the legendary Barry Hearn for what promises to be a brilliant afternoon.

Known for his sharp wit and candid storytelling, Barry will share insights and anecdotes from an extraordinary career during an exclusive afternoon at Rocksalt on Friday 17th April at 12:15pm.

This event is raising funds for The Matchroom Charitable Foundation.
