Make the most of the summer holidays in Rocksalt Garden. Soak up the sunshine with stunning harbour views, refreshing cocktails and our signature BBQ, freshly grilled every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday.

Whether you’re joining us for a leisurely lunch or sunset drinks, Rocksalt Garden is the place to be this summer. Every Saturday from 5pm, Rocksalt Vibrations brings laid-back DJ sets and feel-good tunes, creating the perfect soundtrack as the sun sets over the hills.

Start your weekend by the sea with brunch at Little Rock. Join us every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday from 10am for relaxed beachside dining, freshly brewed coffee and your favourite brunch classics, all served with views of the English Channel from our large sun deck terrace.

Join us this November for a unique evening of exceptional food, world-class wines and a little friendly competition. Executive Head Chef Marcin Szelag has created an exclusive six-course tasting menu, perfectly paired with six premium wines, hosted by acclaimed South African winemaker Jean Smit.

With every dish and wine served blind, you’ll be challenged to identify the flavours and pairings, with a prize awaiting the top scorer.
